Our story
How FursaLink began and where it is going.
-
The problem we saw
Every year, thousands of students and graduates in Tanzania search for a place to do field training, an internship or a first job. Many of them rely on word of mouth, long walks from office to office, and notices scattered across social media. At the same time, many employers struggle to find motivated young people with the right skills. Good people and good opportunities often never met.

The idea
FursaLink ("fursa" means opportunity in Swahili) was created by HADESS Developer with one simple goal: bring both sides together in one trusted place. Students and graduates build a profile with their skills, education and availability. Companies publish opportunities and find suitable candidates, with every company checked by an administrator before its opportunities go live.

2026: our launch
In 2026 FursaLink was launched on Google Play for Android. From the first day, students could create a profile, see a match score showing how well they fit each opportunity, apply in a few taps and chat directly with employers. Companies could post opportunities, review applicants and rate the students they worked with.

Today
Alongside the app, this website lets anyone browse the latest open opportunities, with applications done safely inside the app. Every opportunity you see here comes straight from the app, so the list is always up to date.

What comes next
We will keep growing with feedback from students and employers: more companies, more opportunities across Tanzania, and better tools so that every young person can start their career with confidence.
